click the button host image as the picture shown below



click browse, select pictures, host it, copy the image url inside [ ] mark, upload, then click a/a button, it must be a plain color to insert a picture url, then paste...


before you send it click preview to see your work... thats it, you can also do it posting a video just paste the embeb code and dont forget to click a/a button it must be in plain color.
